Medical Pot Bill Proposed in Kansas
Kansas State Senator David Haley (D–Kansas City) has proposed a bill that would make Kansas the 19th medical marijuana state. This is the third consecutive year a medical pot bill has been introduced in Kansas. Unfortunately the measure has never received a proper vote. And it looks as if that trend will continue in 2013.
