Hey man, I am back in L.A. and the weather is ...LA
it never changes! I do want to live in New York and
write my next book. I have it all planned but I don't
want to jinx it by saying anything until it is
written. The Sunday show in New York was great! We had
so much fun because you really have to work hard to
get laughs in New York! I guess it is because the
people are so diverse. There are what? 20 million
people in and around New York yet it is one place
where you can be totally alone! a little fish in an
ocean. When you do comedy in New York you have to get
personal...the audience makes you dig deep and that is
the challenge. It doesn't matter how famous you are
either becauuse there are so many things to do in New
York that you are just a little fish in a giant pond.
Puts every thing into perspective. But we are back
home! I am waiting for my ACE partner even to pick me
up. My Prius is in the shop getting a face lift! I am
creating a "hot rod" Prius..making the little gas
saver look good. My electric low rider the ACE is now
in the final stages. I am going to shoot (film) it for
our "reality show". Oh the show is being editted as I
write. Thank you for your comments but I nmeed more..I
will have more exciting news tomorrow...I have to
think out my new move....tc

Hey Tommy! Welcome back to California. I spoke briefly with you in San Francisco a few weeks ago at the Booksmith about possibly speaking at the 2007 Libertarian Party Convention in San Ramon, California next spring. If you are still available, we would love to have you as our guest.
And Get this: the convention will begin on 4/20 and will continue though April 22. I know that may conflict with the NORML conference, but if they choose to hold it in the San Francisco area again this year, perhaps you can spend some time at both events.
In any case, please let me know if you are still available for a speaking engagement on either April 20, 21 or 22 next year.

welcome back tommy. ifeel as though im qualified to say welcome back,because even though i live in louisiana ,i am in hawthorne about twice a week. i love the weather there, and the best burgers around are at jims burgers near the corner of el segundo and s.prairie, about 10 blocks south of the 105.do you think youll ever bring your comedy show to loisiana? we have alot of casinos here and they have alot of big name bands ,but we are severly lacking in the comedy shows that come here. ps. i was very interested in electric cars ,and found one thats quite unique called the sparrow formerly made by a company called corbin industries,,,,,cool little car,and every once and a while i see one for sale on ebay. im am forced to drive a gas guzzling pick up,because im a large person,somtimes called a big ol boy by people that like me,and fat sumbitch by people that dont. .....ramblimg over...peace

I like your movies, they make me laugh, my dad went out on Halloween dressed as you and he was funny. I listened to Santa and his old Lady and that was cool. Cool that you're back in L.A. You liked N.Y.? Have never been there myself - course, there is alot of places that I've never been... L.A. being another.
Yeah, I bet the weather there is as nice as it was down in Florida. I lived there for the last 15 years, but just moved out here to Montana back in June. And yes, Buuuuuurrrrrr!!! It's freakin cold! But you can't beat the people - nicest bunch I've ever run in to.
So, you never did answer me... ever do any shows around these parts? I'd love to see one someday. Hell, I even have a tattoo of you and cheech what's his name - BIG fan. HaHa
You guys are really planning another movie? That would be super groovey man! Any ideas about the tittle? How about something like "NORML Guys". HeHe.

I read the article in the LA Weekly and am super impressed with your electric hot rod and it was great to hear what you have been up to. I am a fan from way back. Growing up in the 70's (btw love your appearances on That 70's show!) I am bent on getting electric cars available to everybody. Have you heard of the Tango it's as skinny as a motorcycle but a two seater with 4 wheels. way too freakin' expensive though. if we could divert some of the billions our so called government gives in subsidies to the oil companies to electric car manufacturers, yeah, I know... I lost touch with reality for a second there.
