Could get lost in a closet, could ya? Heh heh heh... yeah, my best friend since we were about 5 years old has the shittiest sense of direction I've ever seen. Now THAT guy could make a wrong turn at the Indy 500!
I'm right with you on not relaxing about the election until the votes are counted (to the extent to which that's even possible anymore, with the country now using automated voting machines that a ten year-old kid could hack!) The only way this shit that Foley pulled with those kids can ultimately do any good is if everyone hauls their asses out to vote next month.
Me, I vote in every election, down to the local primaries. Then again, being from Chicago my vote generally tends to come down to "How much more are the Democrats gonna win Cook County by this time?" But hey, it's still a vote against the far-right, regardless.

I met you at the Imix book signing (We talked briefly about your braille painting). Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and inspiration. It was truly good, one of the finest and best things I have ever experienced.
In this little medieval period that our country seems to be going through, it is a source of hope and inspiration to know that the old Hippies (and I say that with all love and respect) are speaking out in an effort to teach those who will listen. "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear." Man, that's good stuff.
I wish we'd had more time to have a conversation, but your adoring fans awaited. If ever again you and yours find yourselves in Eagle Rock, please stop in and visit. Maybe I can get the wife to cook one of the finest meals you've ever eaten. You would be more than welcome.
